Thank you sprint. I go months with a screen that is on the fritz, they can’t do anything until it is constantly not work, so when my phone screen completely stops working, I goto the store, they order me a phone it takes a week to get there, so for a week I’m stuck with a non working phone.
I go get the new phone, works great… till i have to charge it. It won’t hold a charge. So I call Sprint tell them what’s going on, they tell me I have to goto the store again, so in the mean time I reactivate my old phone, so I have a phone till I can get to the store. I goto the store, they look at the phone and say nothing is wrong, but they’ll switch my battery. GREAT! So I go home today happy. My phone dies, I go to plug it in, won’t charge. The charging port is broken/malfunctioning. If I wrap the cord around the phone and put it upside down, the phone will charge… off and on.
My lovely sprint rep tells me that they can’t send me a phone cause I went to the store. I argue that they had no problem sending me a phone before (when I opened the account) why can’t they send me the package just like they would the store, and I’ll send the phone back. Finally I get them to agree to that.
BUT! Get this…
If they get the phone and there is damage, I’m being charged $120. If there is no visible damage, I’m being charged $120. Why? Because the charging port is not covered by warranty!! I have a faulty phone for 2 days, part of which I’m not using it (this they have record of) and I get the shaft.
Guess what sprint. I used to be a Sprint cheer leader. After this AND SPECIALLY if I get charged $120… I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I will make sure to let everyone I know that this is how you treat 2+ year customers, who have never missed a payment… I have auto pay.
Thank you sprint. Thank You. You used to have the best customer service. Now… you suck.
PS! Don’t buy an HTC USA EVO Shift, they are a buggy phone, nothing but issues since I got it.

I’m in such a weird place lately. I’m not sure if what I’m going after is good or bad. If I’m going after things that are attainable or if I’m shooting for things that are beyond me. I know one shouldn’t look to other people to gauge their progress, or lack there of, but its hard. I hate how I go from being positive, “Yeah this is going somewhere” to the super negative, “What the eff am I doing wrong?” almost over night.

I’m leaning on this bigtime tonight!
I have played entirely too many of these…
I was at the airport, ready to leave for vacation when I got a panicked phone call from a client. She stated that the video I sent her - part of a large marketing campaign - was missing the sound. After a lot of shouting and threats on her part, I agreed to go to her office try and fix it.
After being escorted into her office, I played the video and double-checked her computer’s sound options. Then I unplugged her headphones. Then I billed her for my missed flight.
